Tariffs Sept 2008 - Jan 2009

$ 90.00 per night Mon - Thurs

$110 on Saturday night and single night bookings Friday  or Sunday

2 nights on the weekend $ 200 

(With breakfast)

We can sleep a 3rd person for an extra $30.00 a night.

Reduced weekly rates (self catering).
7 nights:  $520.00.
Further reductions considered for longer stays.

 The unit is self contained however some Evening meals can be arranged $14.00 a head.
A nutritious stir-fry and fruit salad and ice-cream is offered.
This must be organized prior to the visit.

Bookings longer than one night require a 20% deposit.
This is not refundable but may be transferred to another occasion
if the cancellation is made one week in advance of arrival.

Balance payable on arrival.

Cash or a cheque written out to Arborlee

There are no Credit Card Facilities.

Check in after 2.00pm on the day of arrival and check out
before 11.00pm  on the day of departure.
Alternative arrangements can be negotiated with the host.

A free guided walk of 1.5 hours is offered with visits.
Further guided walks cost  $12.00 per hour.

Your host reserves the right to change these offers without prior notice should sickness or unusual circumstances arise.
All money will be refunded in the case of cancellation by your host .
