Single $70.00 per night Double $ 90.00 per night

(With breakfast)

We can sleep a 3rd person of a group for an extra $30.00 a night.

Reduced weekly rates (self catering).
7 nights: Single $390.00  Double $490.00.
Further reductions considered for longer stays.

Mid week discounts - Bookings for 4 nights (Mon to Thurs)
$10.00 per night discount on normal rates.

Some Evening meals can be arranged $12.00 a head.
A nutritious stir-fry and fruit salad and ice-cream is offered.
This must be organized prior to the visit.

Bookings longer than one night require a 20% deposit.
This is not refundable but may be transferred to another occasion
if the cancellation is made one week in advance of arrival.

Balance payable on arrival.

Cash or a cheque written out to Arborlee Pty Ltd.
There are no Credit Card Facilities.

Check in 2.00pm on the day of arrival and check out
12.00pm  on the day of departure.
Alternative arrangements can be negotiated with the host.

A free guided walk of 1.5 hours is offered with visits.
Further guided walks cost  $12.00 per hour.

Your host reserves the right to change these offers without prior notice should sickness or unusual circumstances arise.
All money will be refunded in the case of cancellation.
